Fmvintage provides vintage sourcing, styling, and conceptual design services. All projects are custom and based on a written agreement between the client and Fmvintage. No service is guaranteed until a signed contract is in place.
Clients must provide accurate project briefs, budgets, and timelines. Any changes to the scope after the agreement is signed may result in adjusted fees or delivery dates. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for commercial use of sourced items.
All concepts, mood boards, styling guides, and visual materials produced by Fmvintage remain the intellectual property of Fmvintage until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose. Fmvintage retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
Fees are outlined in the project agreement. A deposit is required before work begins. If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and the client is billed for completed work at the agreed rate. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice.
Fmvintage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that sourced items will appreciate in value or meet any specific resale expectations.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
